I've missed a few days and instead of going back to fishing boats, how about some baby foxes? I'm no wildlife photographer but will give it a try every chance I can get.
Located in the center of the city near a heavily used walking trail, a friend showed me where I could find a new family of foxes. There must have been close to a dozen little guys and 3 or 4 adults. Very brave, playful and curious with very protective parents keeping a close eye on my movements while circling around me. I was only barked at once and was chased back a few dozen feet.
This will be the first of many photos to come. Update: more photos. here and here.
It's probably worth mentioning that this photo is not cropped but at 200mm.

Gorgeous picture, Stephen. I look forward to seeing more. We were just down there a few minutes ago and the kits are so playful. Yes, your photos are just a bit better than mine ... really a lot better (thanks Dan!). Your other photos are also fantastic.

Such a sweetie. I like that the one barked at you:-) Bless their little hearts.

2 weeks ago I got a few shots of a baby fox and it's mom. I'm not sure when I will post it. I have quite a backlog of recent images building up.
