Zombie Walk in Charlottetown, PEI
I label myself as a nature photographer. It’s what I love and where I focus my efforts but at the same time, I’m also first in line and eager to try something different. Creating a Style to Match
It’s all fun and games so pushing the post processing work stronger than usual felt appropriate. This series of images needed to reflect, compliment and enhance their efforts. My goal was to style the images with a dark dream-like feel by using a combination of very harsh detail contrast, a strong colour cast tinted for a deep cold feeling and then vignetted with blurring for subject focus. My hope was to have the final impact visually reflect what it might look like with your eyes closed in a bad dream. Use the slider on the image below to flip between the before and after.
